I suppose it is a question of suspecting and knowing that Fitzgerald knew but another thing proving it legally.
I just hope the case is dismissed due to some technicality because if Scooter did commit perjury which of course was not what was originally supposed to be investigated then he could be found guilty.

I don't know . . . . A trial might be the best way for the truth to come out. And Libby's lawyers sounded (haven't heard much from them lately) as if they'd go for blood.
