So he thinks someone making $200,000 doesn't deserver a tax cut but someon who makes $199,999 does?

If he really thinks that that qualifies as the "ultra-rich"...like the lib's talking points says...he hasn't lived in the real world.
I would guess that most people with that income are the VERY PEOPLE that have contributed to the lower unemployment rate..and the deficit being paid off FASTER than expected.
BUT, they are NOT the people that can afford to do that with more taxes...and a 10.00 per hour minimum wage.
