I think the bottom line is that if you have enough signatures, you get to run.

And if the rats can help liberaltarians drain votes away from Republicans, they certainly will.

Well when it comes to the main election, libertarians have to have the common sense to know when there is a chance a Democrat could get elected, and in that case go for the Republican.

IMO the reasons some of the Republicans have moved left is a result of generations of Democrats buying the vote in exchange for paying some voters with the treasury by way of bloated government salaries and pensions and for others endless welfare or assistance.

One side says personal responsibility with maybe temporary safety nets and the other side holds out a bowl of cash like Halloween and tells the voters to dive in.
The dependent voters take the easy route and as they gain in heavy numbers the Republicans IMO have been forced to move left.

Still no reason IMO to no have enforced borders and enforced immigration laws.
If anything is screwing a Republican chance at remaining a majority, it's not defending the borders and our sovereignty.

We need them regarding the war, and their position on borders and immigration takes the risk of screwing the outcome of a war, judges and the whole future of our nation IMO.
