In 1999, Giuliani was asked his views on abortion. He said, "I'm pro-choice. I'm pro-gay rights." When asked about banning Partial Birth Abortion, the then-Senate candidate replied, "No, I have not supported that, and I don't see my position on that changing."

TDB, I personally like Rudy, but this and his 2nd Mandment stance makes his candidacy a non starter.
