I am sure Steve is grateful mostly...but, if I were in his position...
I might wonder if things had turned out different..and Olaf urged him to "convert" and they killed him anyway...wouldn't THAT be horrible if his last act on earth is converting to ISLAM..(hopefully praying to his God while saying his script).
