"New message to Bin Laden announced
A banner has been posted on a number of Arabic language jihadist websites announcing the release "soon" of a message to Osama Bin Laden.
As we mentioned earlier, the banner is not the typical banner As Sahab puts out. It is a completely different design from those we've seen recently from As Sahab announcing new tapes.
Careful translation indicates that this message is from Abu Musab Abdel Waddoud of the Salafist Group for Fighing and Preaching in Algeria, to Bin Laden.
