August 31, 2006 Wal-Mart asks for, and receives, permission to join homosexual marriage group.
Wal-Mart comes out of the closet
Dear Reader,
Wal-Mart, the largest retailer in the world, has asked for and received permission to join the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. The NGLCC is a leading promoter of homosexual marriage.
Read "Wal-Mart Partners With Gay and Lesbian Group" here: http://www.afa.net/walmartadage.htm
Although Wal-Mart has never excluded homosexuals from being employees, customers, or suppliers, the company wanted to be more closely identified with promoting the homosexual agenda. Wal-Mart is now a "corporate member" of the NGLCC, putting their approval on the NGLCC's efforts to abolish the definition of marriage as the union of one man and one woman. A Wal-Mart vice president will serve as an advisor to the NGLCC, helping them promote homosexual marriage.
Wal-Mart agreed to give $25,000 to the NGLCC and to pay for two conferences scheduled by NGLCC. Also, Wal-Mart will give homosexual-owned businesses special treatment when making purchases. Companies not owned by homosexuals will be moved down the list.
NGLCC called Wal-Mart's action "part of the company's ongoing commitment to advancing diversity (homosexuality) among all of its associate, supplier and customer bases."
Wal-Mart is offering the same kind of support for homosexual marriage which Ford Motor Company has been giving to homosexual groups for years.

Because of this, if gay oganizations or gay owned businesses shop at WalMart, they will get more discounts and greater benefits than other organizations, who are now lower on the list. So gays will now be given preferential treatment. Christians and conservaives have the power to stop this, or at the very least, cost WalMart millions a month, if people like us choose to. This is unacceptable, and WalMart needs to learn, big as they are, they are beholden to the American people, and unless they are willing to accept a permanently lowered profit margin from levels prior to joining the gay agenda, they will stop this.
WalMart has made the decision to throw the gay agenda in the face ot 40% to 60% or more of the American people who want nothing to do with the gay agenda, just to pander to the %1 or less that is gay. Please do not shop at WalMart unless you absolutely have to and can't find what you need anywhere else. Contrary to the liberal myth, boycotts have an amazing effect on companies and force them to stop what they're doing that started the boycott. Those who say boycotts don't work are universally the liberals who support the liberals policies that companies put in place that cause them to be boycotted by conservatives.
Please do your part to stop this support at WalMart of the gay agenda. Don't shop at WalMart unless critically necessary, and please pass this on to everyone on your list and tell every one you know. Also, please call this number also and pass it on to all your contacts, and call it and tell WalMart you are unhappy about this decision to join the gay agenda and that you won't shop there anymore. Press the numbers after the 800 number in order, and that will go to an operator: 1(800)925-6278 ext:1-4-3-3. Christians and conservatives can make a difference, they simply have to choose to do it.
This is really sad. Wal-Mart caving in to liberal pressure groups. Sam must be spinning in his grave.
You knew this was coming. I shop at Target anyway. It's cleaner, has a better layout and doesn't allow people to hawk their stuff outside where you're trying to come and go through the place.
Could care less but, bet Sam is spinning in his grave
Step 1. Acquire large caliber handgun and pull the hammer back
Step 2. Point the muzzle toward on of your feet
Step 3. Pull the trigger
That supporting the French thing, that's an urban legend. Check out snopes.com. I don't mind not having to walk around a SA bellringer. If I want to donate, I know how and where to do so without being shamed into it like that.
Not THIS topic again!
So, Walmart donates 25g's to some group. Their a megacorporation with stores in red, blue and purple areas, as well as overseas. Of course they are going to try to please people of different political stripes. That's what big money-making corporations do!
If they figured they'd win more new customers than lose old ones, so be it.
Seriously, someone else made the point better on another thread, and I paraphrase with added color:
For moral guidance go to your priest or church. For good savings in a somewhat smelly megawarehouse filled with screaming kids with dirty hands, go to WalMart.
Yeh, let them add to the death rate of homosexuals, why should you care?
"Target supports the French"
? Is this like that silly rumor that Target is owned by the French, or is this somethinge else?
Sorry for the "e" on the end of something. :)
Hey 4Q WalMart!!!! So I have to pay more, so they can pay less. 4Q!!!!
Gerbils and pipes are half off starting next week.
"I don't mind not having to walk around a SA bellringer."
I agree. Ages ago I worked retail in a mall and had to listen to that mf'ing bell all day long out the front of the shop. The only thing worse than that stupid bell was the live chamber quartet playing a 24 hour marathon of Pachelbel's Canon in D major - a piece I used to love and now equate with burning in the lake of fire.
