Only when Israel is a Neutron plume, will the 'world' take action. It will be in the manner of a press release condemning the action, but the subterfuge joy of the co-annihilators will be hard to suppress. Israel will be gone, millions of zionists will be detroyed, and the arab world will return to destroying themselves again and again, but with one less interloper.

Since Israel is suspected to posses a couple hundred nuclear and thermonuclear weapons, I wouldn't bet on your scenario coming true.

You assume, of course, that the Islamokazis care about surviving, or that a "mere" 200 nukes is sufficient to kill 1.2 billion Muslims.
