I agree with you on the bum wrap for saturated fats. I find it curious that so many people will spend extra for organic vegetables and then use junk for salad dressing. So much has to do with advertising, doesn't it.
Personally I do not like salad dressing apart from a little salad cream on my lettuce the rest I like as is.
