Strange that I never have thought about there being anyone in America who couldn't drive except for really old people who grew up when there were not many cars and America was more agrarian. I suppose if you live in a city and there is good transportation one could get by. I've been driving since I was a teenager and I'm 72. I learned to drive on the farm by drving the tractor, then the pickup. My first "new" car was a 55 Ford. That was an awesome car. I used to drive that thing from Miami to Nashville and would hit 120 MPH on U.S. 27 through Fla. Ah to be so young and foolish.

Anyway, I'm happy that you learned to drive. You will need that skill in Iowa. I also predict that you will also be much happier in Iowa.

From your mouth to God's ear. Seattle is ok, actually it's quite beautiful, but the libs make me crazy. And Seattle's traffic and housing costs are terrible. I'm glad to be going somewhere smaller, saner, and cheaper.
