Mine was moist but I could not get my head around a non sweet cake and cake served with a main meal.

I suppose it is your equivalent of our Yorkshire batter pudding.

All this talk of Yorkshire pudding and cornbread and all that is making me HUNGRY!

Sorry I couldn't get online last night, was too tired and ready for bed by the time I got home.

I'm gonna save this thread to my profile page so I can look at ILG's DC trip and see all these recipies for C bread. Y'all might have to fight over the cornbread with my sister, LOL!

Snugs, can you send me the recipe for Yorkshire pudding? and sheppards pie?
