Nagin is a piece of ... work ... all right. But corruption is so embedded in NOLA that I don't know if it will ever fixed.
It is so sad because of this corruption whatever the Federal Government or the President says or does it will seem enough.
It makes me really mad that all that money was sent there and not much has been done with it. Plus the whiners . . . but I don't like to get THAT worked up before bed or I'll never get to sleep!
