Had they made a similar announcement stating that the agency was providing jobs renovating these same buildings to the folks who would live there and others on public assistance, you would have likely been able to hear a pin drop from the crowd.

If you're forced to work for what you get, it changes your perspective.

Let's see a crowd of people demonstrate for the right to go in and overhaul these properties. HA HA not going to happen.

If they were real activists, they would have been down there doing this stuff the day after the hurricane hit. That would have impressed me!
