I suffered life threatening depression and lots of alcohol abuse following the death of my wife.

It takes time. But I started focusing on nutrition, and I can say unequivocally that certain things DO HELP.

I take Vit D, Calcium and Magnesium daily. And if I miss a day, the first place it shows is my mood. Same affect for my mutt.

Vit D. Maybe that is why the sun is so important to depression sufferers!!!!!!

Winter is my worst enemy.

I am taking liquid vitamins as well as a lot of people in my family and some of them suffer things like depression anxiety attacks and the such and vitamins really help.I know a exprofootball player that took this stuff, but he checked it out before taking it not like this payer who just got suspended. They really work.
