Thank you for sharing this sad story, and excellent advice. I just would like to add, that you had acted in a totally responsible and blameless manner. It should have been safe to eat at Burger King - the fast food places are regulated and have very high standards. But obviously, as we saw with the tragic plane crash this week, human error is always possible. You were entirely an innocent victim.
Thanks sometimes I still feel badly about it. I didn't mentin that my then nine year old niece ate with us and became ill as well. She has had continuing health problems...bacteria can be very dangerous. I appreciate your kinds words.
