What an idiot. The fact his state was a slave state is suppose to enhance his appeal to voters in South Carolina?

And? So? But? Therefore? What's the point of this, except to show what an idiot Biden is.

To be fair, he was replying to a question which started "As a Senator for a North-East state,.....", and trying to make the point that DE was really a border state. Of course, after all the Italians moved in from NJ, it did become a N-E state.

Of course, if he were a Republican, this would be interpreted to mean that he was nostalgic for those "better times" now past.

But, he's a Dim, so it will be interpreted as a sign that he's "sensitive" to the feelings of those people of color still suffering from the effects of that blight on our nation's history.

He is trying to appeal to southern voters by bragging his state was a slave state. Far worse than "Macacca"

The question is: Was his ancestors slave owners?Love it. My ancestors were the barbarians of northern Europe who killed, maimed, raped, and enslaved their way across Europe. I'm a middle-aged woman who curses at people who pull in front of me in traffic without signalling. I've fallen pretty far from the ancestral family tree.

Sen. Biden Brags: "My state keeps electing idiots like me to represent them in our nation's capitol!"
"My great-grandfather was a slave."
"I am a slave to puffing up my accomplishments to make me look more important."

Apparently Biden is in the South campaigning right now, and is trying to find common ground with them. It's one of those times when I'm torn between laughter and offense.

So he's using various versions of "pray" in his statements and bragging his state enslaved black people too.

What a country a guy blown out of the water in his first presidential nomination run for stealing speeches from the British Labour party leader can years later run again and be taken seriously despite serially sticking his foot in his mouth.

Does he imagine there is some kind of slavery nostalgia among white or black Dims in SC? I wonder who feels more insulted SC blacks or whites?
