But with respect to c&s separation, why do you seem to be treating your agenda as if it were an ongoing quest, as if Jefferson's notes about the 1st and 10th Amendments concerning state government power to address religion were inconclusive? Indeed, I agreed with another poster weeks ago that there is really no further discussion about the Founder's intentions concerning c&s separation. You, on the other hand, seem to be in denial about the Founder's intentions.
