It was a joke. "billy-goat voiced" wasn't used because it is a colorful metaphor, but in reference to an episode of South Park. Next time, think before you jump down other members throats. Thanks. I guess I am an exception. When you get the chance, read the book, "South Park Conservatives" by Brian Anderson.
Puts alot into perspective.
