It was a joke. "billy-goat voiced" wasn't used because it is a colorful metaphor, but in reference to an episode of South Park. Next time, think before you jump down other members throats. Thanks.

Most thinking people are likely to miss South Park references. Surely you can forgive a fellow freeper for not being familiar with that particular brand of sewage.

I guess I am an exception. When you get the chance, read the book, "South Park Conservatives" by Brian Anderson.

Puts alot into perspective.
