State Senator, Ada Smith, faces fresh legal turmoil. A claim that Smith threw a telephone at an aide in June is currently being investigated by the Albany County District Attorney's Office. The alleged incident comes in the wake of a pre-existing harassment charge.

Smith will have to pay a $250 fine and any medical
expenses for the former staffer, Jennifer Jackson. She will also have to enroll in anger management courses.
There is enough against her now that the next incident will result in her getting the crap beat out of her and no one will care, not even the DA.
Also I hope the staffer files a civil suit and goes very public with it.
