Yes and no. It's run by ethnic Jews, I think.
Some of their efforts have been directed to bridging the gaps between two communities, which is a good thing.

You have this wrong. Organizations such as J fo J do not "convert" Jews. These people are just as Jewish, and even more so, than Jews who don't believe Jesus is the Messiah.
"Convert"s incorrect - "complete" is accurate. Remember, Jesus was a Jew, all the apostles were Jewish, and every book of the Bible was written by a Jew.
