Don't get me wrong, folks.........I'm all for keeping drunk drivers off the road, no question about it - but enough is enough already........

Notice how they specify "private homes"?.........but they do mention parking lots of private businesses.........does this include hotels/motels, apartment complexes, office complexes? Even if you are NOT driving?
