Now that's something I'd tune in to see.
Thanks. I work at home so I have talk radio on from around 7am to 6pm or so. That being said, I come and go throughout the day so I don't listen all day every day.
The only show I make a point to catch all of us Savage Nation. ;-)

It's always tricky to infer the real man from the radio persona, but of all of them, I'd bet the Savage we hear is pretty close to the real guy. If I'm right, I got a bad feeling he is getting really frustrated and disappointed by the whole thing.
I rememeber stories that the brilliant improvising comedian Jonathan winters used to have to go to a Rest Home a few times a year to cool off his offbeat, manic mind. Savage is so much in that tradition, and he addresses so many crappy situations, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets wound pretty tight in real life as well as on the radio.
So many problems, so few solutions.
This is a hard deal.
I wish him the very best and hope he takes care of himself, for his own sake and for ours.

I think he came to the conclusion a while back that there is no real power just being a talk show host(he mentions it quite a lot- 'i'm just a talk show host with no real power'-'is anybody listening'-'why do i beat myself up like this'.....)
Those of us who like him can deal with it. Maybe he can influence a few newbies here and there to think conservatively, and that's about the best he can do.
Otherwise he has a great show, and can really dish the dirt to those who really deserve it.
How about a new "Reality Show"?
"Getting Dressed (To Go Out On The Town)." Tammy v Rudy, applying make-up, wigs, clothes. Rudy gets a small handicap, since Tammy has the figure; Rudy needs 'prosthestic help'. Harvey Firestein is Rudy's 'tag-team' partner. Tammmy needs no help; she's aone-woman wrecking machine!

Hey Savage said no more interviews for him earlier in the week, says they slow the program down. Hell for Savage that might be what he needs considering everything.
Who was this guy he just interviewed, agreeing with Savage's alleged blacklisting from the Foxnews insiders.
