According to Corridor Watch, there is apparently talk about TTC-10. However, I haven't seen anything in the media to bak that up.
Talk by whom? TXDOT, or civic boosters in rural areas trying to stir up spending for economic development? There are all kinds of proposals for freeways and roads crisscrossing Texas, but only a few that TXDOT actually studies (some based on potential traffic demand, the rest only after being required to by legislative action.) Makes a big difference.
