Don't know about the duty lib (that's a bloody awful oxymoron, isn't it?), but if I hear one or ANYTHING about JBR, I'm in a FRlurk while I listen to Bach mode again.
The boss paid too much for this computer setup for me to keep tearing up keyboards, and I scare the teenybopper secretary if I cuss too loudly.

Sean needs to re-read his civics book, unless the law has changed in recent years.
Pelosi may be 3rd or 2nd in line, but that assumes both the President and Vice-president become incapacitated at the same time, or that the President becomes incapacitated at a time when the Vice Presidency is a vacant position.
Otherwise, if the President becomes incapacitated, the VP becomes President. If the incapacitation of the now-former President is seemed permanent (death, for example), the new President (former VP) can appoint a new VP. Thus, the Speaker of the House still is 3rd or 2nd in line.
[Gerald Ford's ascendancy to the White House and his later naming Nelson Rockerfeller as his VP is a prime example, unless the laws have changed.]
