Racial/religious profiling: Good.
If there was a hisotry of little old white ladies from Iowa carrying explosives around their waists onto planes, then by golly, I'm all for profiling them!!! How expensive is it for these airlines to have to keep turning planes around while suspected problems are sorted out?? When they could have avoided it in the first place?
C'mon, airlines, forget the political correctness--this is a bottom line, business decision, not 'hate' crimes--profile passengers *before* they board the airplanes!! That way, everyone is safe before a plane gets in the air.
I flew from LHR-DFW last week in the midst of this madness....worst dang flight...everyone was looking at each other. IF anyone went to the lavatory...there was a tense silence...

The problem is, when they do, the FAA fines them for doing so! They're in a no-win situation, courtesy of the US Government. What a surprise.
