No, I think we should have border enforcement, an orderly immigration process that has the capacity to meet demand and legislation that serves our greatest interest, including economic. And more importantly I think we should abolish the social welfare program for non-citizens.
Having said that, I don't agree with the Marxist rhetoric that often surrounds this debate. And I don't agree with the rhetoric that differs little than that aimed at the Irish, southern Europeans and others in the past.

So you want to compare a teenage kid (who is a legal citizen) changing tapes at a small town radio station to companies who hire people who are in our contry illegaly? Nice try. Most states have laws that allow teens to work during the summer months and weekends during school months. Many fast food places, grocery stores, etc., can hire people younger than 16 for certain positions. There are also intern programs, etc. Also, the station paid him the same thing it would have paid anyone for that particular job. When we have a tidal wave of illegal graveyard shift tape changers flooding into our country and taking over our small town radio stations, then maybe you might try your rediculous argument. Till then, get real.
It seems that Glenn Beck broke under 18 Washington state labor laws when he got the job at KUBE, and yet Glenn Beck wishes to choke to death companies for the labor they hire, while he himself skirted labor laws to get his first job in radio.
Even if the station broke some law (and I'm not sure it did), you are trying to paint the picture that Glenn knew all about that as a young teenager (which is unlikely) and that he was purposely trying to get away with something. The fact still remains that Glenn was and is a legal citizen of the USA and not someone who's very presence in our country is a violation of Federal law, and someone who knowingly chose to break that law, and companies who knowingly choose to hire such people.

I can't prove as of now with a web link that Glenn Beck was breaking under 18 Washington state labor laws some 25 years ago, but the boss who hired him, IMO, was implying in the below link that by having Glenn Beck work the graveyard shift at KUBE, he was breaking the law.
As I have said earlier on this thread, I have no problem with Glenn Beck's gumption in getting his start in radio, what I do have a problem is that now he has a prominent microphone, he acts like a limosine liberal, with his quote of "choking to death" companies that skirt labor laws, while he himself it seems skirted labor laws to get his start in radio and TV.

Even if the radio station skirted a law (which I won't stipulate without proof), it falls on them, not a 13 year old kid with a dream. If you can't see that you either don't want to or are intellectually unable to grasp these kinds of concepts.
