Nah, don't sue the criminals that hire illegals - jail them. Then seize their assets under existing asset forfeiture laws. Put the ex-contractor in a cell with "Bubba", who will proceed to welcome him to prison life. Put the families of the ex-contractor in the street with the clothes on their backs and nothing else.

Immigration laws are being willfully ignored, we have no control over our borders thus we have no control, and you support this? It is time to take back our country. The use of illegal labor is hurting the backbone of this country, i.e. the independent farmers and contractors, the small business people.

I watch it with my own eyes everyday. None of my friends are starving, but they sure as heck would be doing a hell of a lot better without the illegal practices of other "businessmen" in the area.

You can defend those who use illegal aliens at the detriment of Americans all you want.........but it makes you as much of a lawbreaker in my eyes as they are.

The answer to the employers who profit from illegal labor and then hang the tab for the education of their children, their healthcare, their court costs and incarceration and other costs on to the taxpayer may be the lawsuit just filed in CA. in which a fruit company is suing the Munger Co. for unfair labor practices because Munger hires illegals. When we start getting droves of lawyers involved suing those farmers and construction and landscaping companies, it won't be quite so profitable for them to employ illegals. The law just might come in handy in this situation after all.
