If Beck actually worked underage then the statute of limitations should be checked and if this is still considered a crime after all of these years then he and the company should go before a grand jury and if they see fit charges will be brought against them.
The illegals stay illegal by staying here so they are ready for prosecution and deportation.

In Washington state basically it is 10 pm to 7 am(Sun-Th), 12 am to 7 AM (Fr-Sa) that employment is prohibeted for minors.
Also there is the possibilty thst Glenn Beck lied on his application to KUBE.
BTW, Eaker is Glenn Beck the equivalent of a child pornagrapher since it seems he broke under 18 Labor laws?

Wonder when and if those laws were amended? Lots of supposition, here, since the events were at least 24 years ago.
However, the law should be followed. If you don't like it, you should advocate change through the proper channels, rather than break it. If anyone broke the law, he or she should be charged. (BTW, Mr. Beck's mother, who aided him in keeping this job, is now dead.)

Provide some actual facts.
