Mike, thank you for doing this. I`ve been saying for a long time, "Choke these companies to death." Give me the lawsuit in a nutshell and the chances of it actually winning.

Just so you know, not all laughter towards your posts are "shrill". For instance, my laughter towards your comments is more of a head-shaking, "you've gotta be kidding me", sort of chuckle. Anyone hiring illegal aliens is part of one of the most serious problems ever facing this nation.

Exactly. People who look the other way on illegal immigration (people like Dane) for financial or economic reasons are corrupt. This is no different than any other form of corruption--picking and choosing which laws to follow for economic or financial benefit.

The fact that this problem is so wide spread, and involves collaboration by much of the government (including, unfortunately POTUS), demonstrates that this country is truly in mortal danger.

I ain't the one pontificating from behind a microphone berating or sicking lawyers against people who grow food or build shelter.

Contractors like Ryan Homes that hire illegals at low pay and do shoddy work. Meanwhile, American citizens that are carpenters, dry wall hangers and finishers, painters, brick layers and cement finishers are put out of work. Then to top it all off, my taxes then have to go up to pay unemployment benefits for those put out of work, and now my taxes go up again to pay for the social services that the illegal uses.

Illegal is bad enough. But, it costs in more ways than one - most notably in security for the Nation, health risks and the unfair taxation and other costs to those who live along the crossing lanes.

With the understanding that about 5-6% of those crossing are detained, there have been 135,000 from 71 countries including China and Lebanon, detained so far this year in South Texas, according to the Minuteman who spoke to our Republican women the other night. Over 100 death certificates for the County surrounding Falfurias, Texas - costing that County $80,000.

The local hospital closed a year or so ago.

The men and women can't walk on their own land without being armed and ready to use those arms. The wife of the man who spoke to us has had to use her gun 5 times in her yard in the last year.

There's an increase in multi-drug resistant TB, new strains of shigella and other enteric bacteria, animal disease carried by ticks on clothing, and Chagas disease and dengue fever.
That's not counting the cut fences, broken water pipes, and trash.
