To: snugs
I sometimes miss cooking. It seems silly to make a roast for one person though. I love it, but I would be eating it all week!

I know some that freeze the leftovers, but it never tastes as good to me.

How about cutting up the roast before you freeze it, so that you are cooking only one or two night's worth of servings?

Get a very small joint and then you could eat it cold one and sandwiches the next. I have a friend who on his own and that is what he does.
