The cost of the luncheon was about $27,000. It has never been declared by the campaign. In another episode, you will see Dionne Warwick singing at the luncheon. She was paid 20 grand.

The big man standing behind Hillary is Aaron Tonken, author of KING OF CONS. He had in depth knowledge of what Hillary knew and when she knew it. Just as with Peter, Tonken was not called to testify in the Rosen case.
