According to the poll, 46 percent said the Bush administration had concentrated too heavily on Iraq and not enough on terrorists elsewhere. Last time I checked, 46% was not a majority in this universe.

Last time I checked, 46% was not a majority in this universe. Then you have not checked since November of 1992 when 43.01% became the "new" majority. Nor have you checked since January 2005 when 45% became the majority of the American people.
