• The 9/11 report details the Clinton’s administration’s response ‹ or lack of response ‹ to Al Qaeda and how this emboldened Bin Laden to keep attacking American interests.
• honestly and fairly depict how Clinton-era inaction, political correctness, and bureaucratic inefficiency allowed the 9/11 conspiracy to metastasize.
• the Clinton administration bungled the handling of the world-wide terrorist threat.
• most of the conspiracy leading up to 9/11 was hatched during the seven years of the Clinton administration

That makes two of us, plus several million more. It's pretty clear they will not like this but it looks like this train has gone too far down the track to stop. People have seen it, as is obvious by thiis review. If it did not air, lots of people would want to know why and who was behind it.

I am very leery of the oft used word "SYMPATHETIC" in this review and I am very skeptical of the TRUTH about 911 coming from a leftist entity like ABC.

In the end this REVIEW has convinced me to watch it, so......I will believe it [or NOT] when I see it!!

The Battlestar Galatica series is the same way. They present both sides equally when their is a conflict between characters on that show. Watching it, I always think how much that show espouses conservative ideals.

I have noticed that as well. Even when they push a liberal idea (abortion), the reality of events causes things to come out with a rather non-liberal (conservative) view.

Lord knows movies about this struggle could be made which would blow most of the trivial pap typically produced completely out of the water.

The 911 Commission Report was good. It could have been better but contains a tremendous amount of valid information as well as accurate recreations of events.

Ads for this are airing on both the History Channel (I've TIVO'd three 9-11 programs from there in the past two weeks) and also on the National Geographic Channel on Direct TV.
Another program I would recommend if you can find it is "Anatomy of 9/11" a two-hour program that aired on A&E.
It's told very fairly and without bias.
I agree with your analysis about "United 93" also and I feel the same way about "World Trade Center". If you're telling the story from the perspective of the Port Authority cops, they were not outside when the planes hit and depictions of that doesn't necessarily have to be part of the storyline for it to be an effective movie.
