Some are, some aren't. They do, however, use suicide terror tactics. I wonder if Hillary knows they set up shop in her state.

Nope. They're overwhelmingly Hindu. Sri Lanka has a fairly small Muslim population and they often are attacked by the Tamil Tigers.

The Tamil Tigers are a military operation. Allegience is to the military leader and the military/political cause and goals, not religion.
