Maybe they're deciding since so many people from that area have come over here on H-1B visas, they're going to take the fight directly to the enemy ;-)

Tamil Tigers have become a problem finally recognized in Canada. They seem to have quite a few. I think they were just recently put on their Terrorist List. (but I'd have to double check that)
