GAZA (Reuters) - Two Fox journalists who were kidnapped in Gaza last week were shown sitting together and speaking on a tape obtained by Reuters on Wednesday.
A previously unknown militant group, the "Holy Jihad Brigades," earlier claimed responsibility for the kidnapping nine days ago of two journalists and demanded the United States release "Muslim prisoners" within 72 hours.

They have them on tape.
As many people looking for them, why Reuters? (Okay, rehtorical question)
Thanks for the ping!
What is that supposed to mean???
He was given a job and did it....please don't go there.
That they are alive is great. That they want all the muslim prisoners in the US released, not so great. And that they gave a 72 hour deadline is even worse.
Hamas should never have been brought into the political process. Israel should never have left Gaza. So many mistakes, and innocent people pay with blood.
Awful. Praying for them and their families.
Otherwise known as "Some guys from HAMAS who printed up new stationary and business cards for this round of hostage negotiation".
Admin: This should be in Breaking news. Please.
I just read the article on Fox's website. Is Centanni really 60 years old? That's what they have for his age. Man, he looks good for 60, if that is accurate.
I must also add that I am growing increasingly tired and angry that these types of people are still alive. It has been 5 years since September 11, and in my opinnion, we have not killed anywhere near enough of them.
I'll bet all the comedy writers have a ball with this one: Holy Jihad Brigade.
Thanks for the ping!! Just heard this on Laura Ingraham so hurried on to see if you had the update. Laura said she saw the tape (or picture) of them that was released on al-jazeara and they look really good.
God be with them!!! Amen
This is what the Palestinians ARE. Wake up, world!
Fox kidnappers set 72-hour deadline

A previously unheard-of Palestinian group released video footage on Wednesday showing two kidnapped Fox News journalists, and demanded that Muslim prisoners in US jails be released within 72 hours in exchange for the men, the Palestinian news agency Ramattan reported.
The footage was the first sign of American correspondent Steve Centanni, 60, and cameraman Olaf Wiig, 36, of New Zealand since they were kidnapped August 14 from their TV van near the Palestinian security services headquarters in Gaza City.
Although Palestinian terrorist groups have often seized foreigners, including members of the media, this is the longest any have been held.
Earlier, the news agency said the kidnappers had demanded the release of Palestinian prisoners.
In the video footage, the men, sitting on the floor in sweat suits, appeared to be in good health. No armed men were seen. The journalists were heard saying in the video that they were in good hands and appealed to their governments to respond to the kidnappers' demands.
"We are going to exchange the Muslim female and male prisoners in American jails in return for the prisoners that we have. We are going to give you 72 hours beginning midnight tonight to take your decision," Ramattan quoted the kidnappers' statement as saying.
The group did not say what would happen if the deadline passed unanswered, Ramattan reported.
"If you implement and meet our condition, we will fulfill our promise. If not, wait, and we are going to wait," the statement said.
Well, well, well. MSNBC and CNN finally woke up and are now covering this.
"We get clean water, showers, food, and our captors are treating us well"
I had a chance to watch Steve speak before my husband changed the channel. (Sometimes it is easier to let him control the remote, LOL! Makes him think HE is in charge.)
I will watch it again and again. The one thing that struck me on first view was his use of the word "fairly"
