I hate that commercial and I hate John Sherer too...Dish Network plays it at least a hundred times everyday on every channel..makes me gag.

You beat me to it! I'm ready to tell Dish to knock it off, I'm sick of this guy every commercial break. Strangely, we did buy one of his computer DVD sets years ago for the earliest Windows program we had, and it was OK. But he must not have been so annoying back then; I change channels now when that commercial comes on.
And then there's that dopey woman that they interview: "My daughter definitely knows more about the computer than me."
