Wouldn't it be nice if Pat actually acted like a Conservative and a Republican once in a while. He just has such a hard time getting past that dark, bitter stripe in his head to see things in a natural light. To me he seems like a bitterist* with some conservative leanings.

He is very dour, kind of the Tom Coughllin (NY Giants football coach) of political discourse. Still, I think his views on immigration and border security make more sense than "Gringo George's" plan (Y'all come now)."

I agree GEM. Listen long enough, and he does begin to sound dour and bitter. Sadly, I truly believe that he is not fit for public office. (Now I feel really bad saying that, but I believe what I'm saying).
