Pat Buchanan says illegal immigration from poor and developing countries will overwhelm the United States and other Western countries in the next 50 years unless something is done. "We've already won the battle with the public," Mr. Buchanan tells The Washington Times. "The question is, when will the government respond?" In his book, however, Mr. Buchanan saves his strongest criticism for President Bush, writing: "Concerned about his legacy, George W. Bush may yet live to see his name entered into the history of his country as the president who lost the American Southwest that James K. Polk won for the United States."

Gee--I hate to see the flood. Has it just been a trickle so far?
To: VU4G10
So Pat's favorite Pres. was James K. Polk.

Well, it's not obvious to George Bush or the Republicans in Senate who voted for the amnesty bill.

Well it's a two pronged attack
Buchanan only talks about the external one
What about all the illegitimate ones being bred to our inner city dwellers

Respomd to what....every immigrant in the country
was welcomed by somebody....legal and illegal. Why
is it such a big deal now?..been going on since 1946...
and all the Politicans then and up to now have been
too concerned with their own little backyard...if
you lived in a state by the border...yell your head
off..nobody was listening then...and since Bush is the
President and from Texas...it's all(anything) his fault??
Jake...........just get real and support our President.

Pat's "lovefest" for the Bushes continues, I see.
Wouldn't it be nice if Pat actually acted like a Conservative and a Republican once in a while.
Guess every column can't involving his trying to out do Jimmah Carter in praising the Palis, Assad and the Iranian nutjob.

The plan of globalization is to open all borders, and I can clearly see that most citizens have not yet wised up to this.

Knowing how controversial he is and how the left etc love to castigate him as a SO CALLED CONSERVATIVE , if he had brought the issue up they would have been all over it --Don't ya think
