Anti-semitism can be considered political pornography. That's usually what it is - once all the protestations and euphemisms that preface hate of Jews to make it appear reasonable are dropped. Norman Finkelstein, a "professor" at DePaul, achieved notoriety as the world's only Jewish Hitler lover. He is also renowed as an ardent defender of Hamas and Hezbollah. In addition, to a career spending hating and trashing Jews and Israel, Finkelstein's ire has been vented against the Dersh for exposing his unbalanced mind, bigotry and lack of real scholarship. He has gone so low as to issue a death threat against Dersh complete with a cartoon out of Der Sturmer that is so obscene I won't stoop to dignify it by describing it. All you need to know is that its a disgrace an anti-Semite is being considered for tenure at one of our nation's universities. For Norman Finkelstein, so far - there has been no penalty for being an extremist.

How is Norman Finkelstein an "anti-Semite"? He's not a Holocaust denier by any means; even Dershowitz has to acknowledge this by calling him a "Holocaust-justice denier", whatever that means. From what I've seen, this seems like more of the personal grudge-match that's been going on between Finkelstein and Dershowitz. They're both abrasive assholes.
