Maybe members of my family should be tested for this gene.Then again, we are Eastern Europen Jews, not Africans. 4 generations of children on my mother's side are premature, almost all males. I for one am damn happy that neo-natal care has improved so quickly. I lived at 29 weeks, while a cousin died at 28 three-years before I was born.
