It seems to me that I've got a good handle on the three different effects this drug can have; it's pretty straightforward. Yes, there's a "primary" way that Plan B works, but it also works in the other two ways. So, factually, it CAN prevent implantation of a fertilized egg and, as such, would have an abortive effect, destroying a perfectly viable human being. No risk of that happening is acceptable.
Glad you aren't in charge of women's birth control. And you guys will never, ever, ever have a president who will ban a pill that prevents the implantation of a fertilized egg.
