PRETORIA (Reuters) - Iran has completed its consideration of Western demands that it halt nuclear enrichment and still hopes to reach a comprehensive solution to the impasse, Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said on Monday.
"We have completed our considerations," Mottaki told reporters in South Africa's capital Pretoria, where he is holding two days of talks with South African officials.
"We hope, based on cooperation, negotiation, respecting the right of Iran to have nuclear technology and removing any questions, to catch a comprehensive solution (to the nuclear question)."

Their "comprehensive solution" sounds a lot like the Iranian version of Hitler's "Final Solution."

Ok, we will comprehensively nuke Iran's weapons production sites. That would be a solution.

Why do we continue to negotiate with these bums? It's clear they are going to do exactly what they want to do.

A thought here: Could THIS be the 'response' Ahmedenejab spoke of? Nothing but a bunch of words?
It'd be almost par for the course with him just wanting to 'twist the tiger's tail' to see what we'd do. All talk, no action.

These sad excuse for human beings want to "level the playing field" one way or the other.
Of course, they haven't figured out that some countries have no reason to exist at all...
And Israel is no longer the "only one".

I am requesting help from my fellow Freepers.
I lost the article about how the Iranian culture doesn't say what it really means, ever, and we must "adapt" to that delusion...
Does anyonyone have a link or a title?

the "comprehensive" part is a throw back in the face term Bush used regarding the Lebanon problem where we said we wanted a "comprehensive" solution to that problem.

"We" do not negotiate with them: socialist milquetoasts like Democrats, to gain selfish political ambitions, certainly will... and do. "Peace in out time" is a temporarily winning issue nearly every time it's tried by future victim nations. A lot of people don't like to fight...most victims of Hitler's slaughter were said to be in denial right up until they stepped to the edge of the trench and were shot in the back. Abberjohnnywhatever knows he can get money and time from the appeasers...while he stays on-course with his plan to conquer the world. All he has to do is appear benign every once in a while: a large block of votes in democratic nations will support efforts to make nice with him, and other, murdering tyrants. Maybe Iran can host the Olympics, soon? Dialectics 101. He'll certainly be less threatened by a Democratic US administration. Perhaps he can make overtures to Howard and Blair's opposition as well?
Abannonutjob will go on record saying that JFKerry is someone Iran respects, and can deal rationally with (or whomever the Dem frontrunner in '08 is) '09 is zero hour.
Here's the sad part: a Dem administration will withold action until millions are dead, and there is no alternative but to turn the ME into a desert of glass. One of them stitch in time deals. We'll end up having to use all nine.

Actually, this administration is also negotiating. Perhaps, as some have said, it is to appease those who criticized the U.S. for supposedly unilaterally "invading" Iraq without negotiation. Why we have to cater anyone, I don't know. We should just incinerate that country and be done with it.
