Right on! Kudos to the Good Guys!

AFP Photo Credit Reads: A Mehdi Army militiaman monitors crowds of Shiite pilgrims as they head out of Baghdad's poor neighborhood of Sadr City, towards Shiite Imam Musa al-Kazdhim's Shrine in the al-Kadhimiah district north of Baghdad. Gunmen ambushed Shiite pilgrims as they marched through Baghdad, killing around 20 people, a year after a stampede claimed nearly 1,000 lives on the deadliest day in post-war [More Iraq Photos?]
The problem is that this guy or his neighbor may turn to terror attacks when a friend or relative is killed. Iraqis all have automatic weapons. How does a soldier employed by Iraq (or a U.S. Marine) tell the bad guys from the good guys?
