If you want sharia law, you should go and live in Saudi Arabia

That is what I don't understand about many 'foreign' groups who go into a new country and then try to remake it into the same that they left.

If they so want the old, stay there.

Look at the recent attempts to create Sharia (sp) law in France, in some cities in Canada, and in a community in Michigan (IIRC).

It's not just the foreigners. People from Mass. and California move to NH and OR, and then try to turn their new states into the same high-tax, over-developed places they came from.

What is really funny is the same sort of thing happens when city people move to the country. First thing they want to do is change the way we do things so we are more citified.
