Hezbollah sends 2000 missiles into Israel…Israel defends itself…Hezbollah refuse to honor the ceasfire by disarming and leaving the area…they bring in more missiles…Israel intercepts them… and Israel is at fault!!!!!!!!?????

Yes, it is pure evil. Kofi is a Muslim, and he can't be impartial. He shouldn't be the head of the UN. The UN shouldn't even exist. They are totally worthless!
In a just world, UN planes would be bombing Hezbollah positions around the clock for "incitement of war" and "cross-border banditry" until Hezbollah surrendered to the UN.
Instead... well, we know what we've got. The sad part is that the UN could really have been a much better instrument.
Israel should just issue an ultimatum to the Hezzies to reliquish their guns. If they don't, declare war and start the bombing followed by an invasion to wipe them out. Everything else is a waste of time.

The cease fire was a load of malarky, and the israeli's knew it. They knew that the only way to reduce the effectiveness of the Hezbollah attacks was to starve the supply of weapons and ammo.
Well if to attack positions that are amassing arms is a violation of the UN truce, what say Israel get a few truckfuls of nuclear bombs out there in South Lebanon real real close to Hezzie centers. Anybody who would dare attack those should get Annan's wrath too, right?
