Oak Park is a VERY LIBERAL town that is racial mixed.. with mostly rich people of color.
Many years ago they passed a no guns whatsoever ordinance and within a couple of days a gas station of the border was robbed.
The owner of the gas station made the mistake of shooting at the robber with his outlawed gun. He was in deep trouble.

Its Eastern border is with a terrible ghetto. Almost all the streets between the two are walled off so no entry from the ghetto.
