Reports from Seoul Korea, (daily newspaper Joongang Ilbo in Seoul) via the Japanese Jiji press agency, that South Korean intelligence has intercepted radio messages/communications in North Korea, which were aired last month, to civilians in the Kilju County, Northern Hamgyeong Province area of northeastern D.P.R.K., to evacuate.
The source in the South Korean government said "our interpretation is that following North Korea's underground nuclear blast test, they wish to head off any escape of radiation that would be a threat to the nearby civilian population and are evacuating as such."
Would you? Are you aware that essentially, you (US Taxpayer) are 'buying' untested nuclear weapons?

If that seismic event is in North Korea, I will say that weak foreign policy from the US is an issue. If that seismic event is recorded inside the United States of America, our territories, possessions, or any allied sovereign nation; I will say goodbye to every sitting Representative and Senator. Or they will impeach and remove the chief Executive. Either way, not good.

I don't know yet, I myself am still skeptical, as to this whole August 22nd business, however I do envision the simultaneous EVENTUAL DECLARATION by several of them (Teheran, Pyongyang, Havana, Caracas and perhaps militants in Pakistan, Indonesia, and elswhere) all stating the establishment of an Anti American alliance worldwide and then start actions all over the place under the thought pretext that we will be spread too thin to handle them all.
