Congress needs to tackle the issue of how the ACLU steers cases like this to judges like this. They need to legislate to allow the government to remove to a reliable court when issues of national security or an important national interest is involved, and they need to control judge assignment. The courts claim that it is random, but it always seems to be the whackos who get these cases. Fix the assignment system, and that will eliminate a lot of this.
At some point the ACLU and their hand-picked judges should be made aware that if and when we are again attacked, that the American people are going to hold these persons personally accountable for their actions.
The justice system may be only a political game to these clowns, but after the death of more American citizens, it may be time to revise the rules of the game.
I wouldnt be at all surprised to find that the ACLU didnt find this judge , but that she found the ACLU and volunteered herself.
