As bazaar as this sounds, I don't see a problem with requesting a review process. Debunk the dang thing and move on.I prefer investing in Lotto tickets. Better odds.
They could bootstrap their investment capital by selling off the surplus energy they already have.

I'm a curious person by nature. If I were qualified, I'd like to check the thing out. I realize that it's 99.999% sure to be worthless. There is still that outside chance that at some point someone will come up with something we don't understand, which will lead to a new understanding.
Perhaps this project has been explained in some detail and dismissed due to it's obvious flaws. If that's the case I would understand that.
We are pretty smart. Physicist's have developed a set of principles that they operate by. I don't have a problem with that. The truth is that certain perceptions are found to be faulty from time to time. In time our perceptions about energy may be proven to be more sophomoric than we think they are today.
I wouldn't be as quick to be dismissive as it seems physicist's are. That may be a misperception I'll grant you.
